Oatmeal Pie IV Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 2  eggs, beaten
<br>- ¾ cup corn syrup
<br>- ¾ cup packed brown sugar
<br>- ½ cup flaked coconut
<br>- ¾ cup quick cooking oats
<br>- ¼ cup butter
<br>- salt to taste
<br>- 1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch single crust pie

<br>step 1: Mix together eggs, corn syrup, brown sugar, coconut, oats, butter or margarine, and salt.  Pour into the unbaked pie shell.
<br>step 2: Bake at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) for 45 minutes, or until golden in color and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
