Oatmeal Raisin Cookies VII Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- ½ cup butter, softened
<br>- ¾ cup white sugar
<br>- ¼ cup brown sugar
<br>- 1  egg
<br>- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
<br>- ¾ cup self-rising flour
<br>- ½ teaspoon baking soda
<br>- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
<br>- ¼ teaspoon salt
<br>- 1 ½ cups quick cooking oats
<br>- 1 cup raisins

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 375  degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch pan.
<br>step 2: In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and  white sugar, until smooth. Beat in the egg then stir in the vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt: stir into the creamed mixture. Fold in the quick oats and raisins. Spread evenly into the prepared pan.
<br>step 3: Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven, until the edges are starting to brown. Let cool in pan before cutting into bars.
