Olive and Goat Cheese Crostini Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 French baguette, sliced diagonally into 20 pieces
<br>- 5 1/2 ounces goat cheese
<br>- 1 teaspoon oregano, chopped
<br>- 1 (6 ounce) can Lindsay® Black Ripe Pitted Olives, chopped
<br>- Paprika to taste

<br>step 1: Spread baguette slices onto a large baking sheet and bake in a 375 degree oven for 5 to10 minutes until lightly toasted. Set aside.
<br>step 2: Combine goat cheese, olives and oregano in a small mixing bowl. Spread mixture on top of each crostini. Garnish with a light dusting of paprika just before serving.
