Orange-Glazed Game Hens Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 4 Tyson® Rock Cornish Game Hens Without Giblets, thawed according to pkg. directions
<br>- 1 teaspoon salt
<br>- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
<br>- 1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
<br>- 1/4 cup ketchup
<br>- 1/4 cup honey

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
<br>step 2: Rinse hens under cold running water. Pat dry. Wash hands. Sprinkle hens with salt and pepper; place in oiled roasting pan. Spray hens with nonstick cooking spray.
<br>step 3: Roast 30 minutes. Combine orange juice concentrate, ketchup, and honey. Baste hens with glaze. Roast, basting every 10 minutes, 40 minutes longer, or until juices run clear when thigh is pierced or temperature on instant-read thermometer inserted in thickest part of thigh reaches 180 degrees F. Let rest 10 minutes before serving. (Refrigerate leftovers.)
