Orange Party Cake II Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 cup flaked coconut, toasted
<br>- 1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
<br>- 1 (3 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O®
<br>- ¾ cup water
<br>- ¾ cup vegetable oil
<br>- 4  eggs
<br>- 3 cups confectioners' sugar
<br>- ½ cup orange juice
<br>- 1  lemon, juiced

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10 inch tube pan.
<br>step 2: In a large bowl, combine toasted coconut, cake mix, and gelatin mix. Make a well in the center and pour in the water, oil and eggs. Beat until smooth.
<br>step 3: Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Pour glaze over cake while still hot.
<br>step 4: To make the Glaze:  in a small bowl, combine confectioners' sugar, orange juice and lemon juice. Stir until smooth.
