Orange Pie I Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 cup white sugar
<br>- 1 ½ cups unsweetened pineapple juice
<br>- 2  eggs
<br>- 1 (3 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O® mix
<br>- 1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
<br>- 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
<br><p></p>Directions
<br>step 1: Chill evaporated milk.
<br>step 2: Combine sugar, pineapple juice, and eggs in a saucepan.  Bring to a boil, and cook until mixture thickens.  Stir in orange gelatin, and stir well until dissolved.  Cool.
<br>step 3: Whip evaporated milk, and mix into the cooled orange mixture.  Pour filling into pie crust.  Freeze until ready to eat.
