Oriental Turkey Patties and Vegetables Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 orange
- 1/3 cup Hawaiian stir-fry sauce
- 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
- 1 (16 ounce) package seasoned turkey patties
- 1 (16 ounce) bag fresh stir-fry vegetables
Directions
step 1: Grate 1 teaspoon peel from orange. Peel orange; discard peel. Cut orange into thin wedges or slices.
step 2: Mix stir-fry sauce, brown sugar and orange peel.
step 3: Spray 12-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Cook turkey in skillet about 3 minutes on each side or until light brown.
step 4: Move turkey to one side of skillet. Add stir-fry sauce mixture and vegetables to other side of skillet; stir well to coat vegetables with sauce.
step 5: Heat to boiling; reduce heat to medium. Cover and cook 10 to 12 minutes; stirring occasionally, until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in orange wedges. Serve turkey topped with vegetable mixture.
