Oven Baked Potato Wedges Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 2 teaspoons olive oil
<br>- 5 large russet potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
<br>- 1/2 cup melted butter
<br>- 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).  Grease a baking sheet with the olive oil.
<br>step 2: Brush potato wedges with butter, and roll in bread crumbs.  Place wedges on prepared baking sheet.
<br>step 3: Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.  Remove from oven and turn wedges; cook for 10 to 15 minutes, or until tender.
