Pasta and Garlic Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 1/2 pounds pasta
<br>- 1/4 cup olive oil
<br>- 2 cloves garlic, crushed, or more to taste
<br>- salt and pepper to taste
<br>- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

<br>step 1: In a large pot of salted water boil pasta until al dente. Drain well.
<br>step 2: In a small saucepan heat oil slightly, add garlic. Saute garlic until it is lightly browned. Be careful not to burn garlic.
<br>step 3: Combine pasta and garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Top with Parmesan or Romano cheese and serve.
