Pasta with Spinach Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 (8 ounce) package fettuccini, uncooked
<br>- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach
<br>- 2 cloves garlic, minced
<br>- 1 tablespoon olive oil
<br>- 1/2 teaspoon salt
<br>- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
<br>- 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
<br>- 2 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted

<br>step 1: COOK fettuccine according to package directions; drain and set aside.
<br>step 2: COOK spinach according to package directions; drain and set aside. Saute garlic in olive oil in a large skillet until tender but not brown. Stir in cooked spinach, salt, and pepper; cook until thoroughly heated.
<br>step 3: Toss together spinach mixture, fettuccine, Parmesan cheese, and pine nuts in a large serving bowl. Serve immediately.
