Peach Custard Pie I Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 6  fresh peaches - pitted, skinned, and sliced
<br>- 1 (9 inch) pie shell
<br>- ½ cup white sugar
<br>- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
<br>- 1 pinch salt
<br>- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
<br>- 1  egg

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
<br>step 2: Place the sliced peaches in an unbaked pastry shell.
<br>step 3: In a medium bowl, combine sugar, flour, salt, cinnamon and egg. Beat well and pour over peaches.
<br>step 4: Bake on bottom rack at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for approximately 30 minutes.
