Peachy Ginger Soup Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 3 1/2 pounds fresh peaches - peeled, pitted and chopped
<br>- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
<br>- 1 1/3 cups heavy cream
<br>- 2 tablespoons rum
<br><p></p>Directions
<br>step 1: Puree the peaches and ginger together in a food processor or blender. Stir in heavy cream and rum. Chill. Serve cold.
