Peanut Butter Cookies II Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 cup butter, softened
<br>- 1 cup white sugar
<br>- 1 cup packed brown sugar
<br>- 2  eggs
<br>- 1 cup peanut butter
<br>- 2 cups all-purpose flour
<br>- 2 teaspoons baking soda
<br>- ¼ teaspoon salt
<br>- 1 cup flaked coconut

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
<br>step 2: In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then mix in the peanut butter. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt; blend in to form a soft dough. Mix in coconut. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten each cookie using the tines of a fork.
