Peanut Butter Pie XII Recipe
- 1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie crumb crust
- 1 (8 ounce) package Neufchatel cheese
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ½ cup skim milk
- 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
step 1: In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in sugar and peanut butter until mixture is smooth. Mix in milk, then fold in whipped topping.
step 2: Spoon mixture into chocolate crust. Cover and freeze until firm.
