Peanut Butter and Jelly Brownies Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
<br>- 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
<br>- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
<br>- 2 eggs
<br>- 1 teaspoon vanilla
<br>- 1/2 cup flour
<br>- 1/4 teaspoon salt
<br>- 6 (1 ounce) squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, chopped
<br>- 1/2 cup strawberry jam
<br><p></p>Directions
<br>step 1: Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
<br>step 2: Beat sugar, peanut butter and butter in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well mixed.  Beat in eggs and vanilla.  Mix in flour and salt.  Stir in chocolate.  Spread in greased foil-lined 9-inch square baking pan.  Drop jam by spoonfuls over batter.  Swirl with knife to marbleize.
<br>step 3: Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out almost clean.  DO NOT OVERBAKE.  Cool in pan.  Cut into squares.
