Pepperoni and Bacon Pasta Salad Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 (7.5 ounce) package Betty Crocker® Suddenly Salad® ranch & bacon pasta salad mix
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cups frozen broccoli flowerettes, thawed and drained
- 1 (3.25 ounce) package sliced pepperoni, cut in half
- 1 medium tomato, coarsely chopped
- 1 (2.5 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
Directions
step 1: Empty Pasta mix into large pan 2/3 full of boiling water. Gently boil uncovered 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
step 2: Stir together Seasoning mix, cold water and oil in large bowl; set aside.
step 3: Drain pasta; rinse with cool water. Shake to drain well. Stir pasta and remaining ingredients into seasoning mixture. Serve immediately, or refrigerate.
