Pepperoni and Bacon Pasta Salad Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 (7.5 ounce) package Betty Crocker® Suddenly Salad® ranch & bacon pasta salad mix
<br>- 1/4 cup cold water
<br>- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
<br>- 2 cups frozen broccoli flowerettes, thawed and drained
<br>- 1 (3.25 ounce) package sliced pepperoni, cut in half
<br>- 1 medium tomato, coarsely chopped
<br>- 1 (2.5 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
<br><p></p>Directions
<br>step 1: Empty Pasta mix into large pan 2/3 full of boiling water.  Gently boil uncovered 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
<br>step 2: Stir together Seasoning mix, cold water and oil in large bowl; set aside.
<br>step 3: Drain pasta; rinse with cool water.  Shake to drain well.  Stir pasta and remaining ingredients into seasoning mixture.  Serve immediately, or refrigerate.
