Pie Crust VI Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 6 cups all-purpose flour
<br>- 1 tablespoon salt
<br>- 3 cups shortening
<br>- 2 eggs
<br>- 1 tablespoon vinegar
<br>- 10 tablespoons cold water
<br>- 1 tablespoon white sugar

<br>step 1: In a large bowl, combine shortening, sugar, eggs, salt, vinegar and water. Mix until smooth. Stir in the flour until just combined.
<br>step 2: Divide dough into 4 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball, flatten, then wrap with plastic and refrigerate.
