Pina Colada I Recipe

Ingredients <br>- 3/4 cup sweetened cream of coconut <br>- 1/4 cup half-and-half cream <br>- 1/2 cup pineapple juice <br>- 1 cup white rum <br>- 4 cups ice <br>- 4 maraschino cherries <br><p></p>Directions <br>step 1: In a blender, combine coconut cream, half-and-half, pineapple juice and rum. While blending, add ice a little at a time, until mixture is thick. Pour into 4 highball glasses, and garnish with cherries. <br>
