Pineapple Casserole II Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 2 (20 ounce) cans pineapple chunks, juice reserved
<br>- 1 cup white sugar
<br>- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
<br>- 1/4 pound butter, melted
<br>- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
<br>- 25 buttery round crackers, crumbled

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter or grease one 2 quart casserole dish.
<br>step 2: In a mixing bowl, blend together 4 tablespoons reserved pineapple juice, sugar, flour and butter.
<br>step 3: Add pineapple and cheese; mix well and pour into casserole dish. Bake for 20 minutes.
<br>step 4: Reduce oven temperature to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C), sprinkle top with cracker crumbs and bake for 20 more minutes.
