Pineapple Drop Cookies II Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 cup packed brown sugar
<br>- ½ cup butter
<br>- 2  eggs
<br>- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
<br>- 2 cups all-purpose flour
<br>- 2 teaspoons baking powder
<br>- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
<br>- 1 cup raisins
<br>- ¼ cup chopped walnuts

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a cookie sheet.
<br>step 2: In a medium bowl, cream together the brown sugar and butter. Beat in the eggs and vanilla. Combine the flour and baking powder, stir into the creamed mixture. Finally, fold in the pineapple, raisins and nuts. Drop by heaping spoonfuls onto the prepared pan.
<br>step 3: Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until edges are light brown. Remove from the baking sheet to cool on wire racks.
