Pinto Bean Pie III Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 cup pinto beans, drained and mashed
<br>- 1 cup dark corn syrup
<br>- 1 cup white sugar
<br>- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
<br>- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
<br>- 3  egg, beaten
<br>- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C.)
<br>step 2: In a large bowl, combine beans, corn syrup, sugar, cornstarch and vanilla. Beat in the eggs. Pour into pie crust.
<br>step 3: Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until filling is set and crust is golden brown.
