Plum Good Cake Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 2 cups all-purpose flour
<br>- 2 cups white sugar
<br>- ½ teaspoon salt
<br>- ½ teaspoon baking powder
<br>- ½ teaspoon baking soda
<br>- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
<br>- ½ teaspoon ground cloves
<br>- 1 cup vegetable oil
<br>- 3  eggs
<br>- 2 (4 ounce) jars plum baby food
<br>- 1 tablespoon red food coloring
<br>- 1 cup chopped black walnuts
<br>- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
<br>- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
<br><p></p>Directions
<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10 inch tube pan.
<br>step 2: In a large bowl mix together the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and cloves. Make a well in the center and pour in the oil, eggs, baby food and red food coloring. Mix well, then stir in chopped walnuts.
<br>step 3: Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Remove cake from pan while still hot and frost immediately.
<br>step 4: To make the Frosting:  In a small bowl combine 1 cup confectioners sugar and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Stir until smooth.
