Polpette
INGREDIENTS:
olive oil 2-3 tablespoons minced meat
300 g cheese scamorza
100 g cheese grana padano
30 g egg
1 pc salt to taste onion
1pc garlic
1-2 cloves tomato paste
250 g black pepper to taste rosemary
1-2 twigs flour 1 tablespoon
DIRECTIONS: Mix minced meat, grated scamorza and grana padano, beaten-up eggs, salt and pepper black. Form small meat balls. Put pan on cooker. Pour out oil, put into pan cut onion and fry for 5-7 minutes. Add meat balls into pan and fry 5 minutes, stirring from time to time. Add 100 g of water and tomato paste, put rosemary and garlic over meat, cook for 15-20 minutes with top on. Add flour, stir from time to time. Serve hot with any garnish or bread.
