Poor Man's Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 1/2 cups uncooked instant rice
<br>- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
<br>- soy sauce to taste
<br>- 2 eggs, beaten
<br>- 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh ginger root
<br>- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
<br><p></p>Directions
<br>step 1: Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan.  Stir in rice and cover.  Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.  Fluff with a fork and drain any excess water.
<br>step 2: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.  Stir in rice and soy sauce; heat briefly then transfer rice to a  bowl.
<br>step 3: Scramble the eggs in the same skillet, then stir in rice.  Stir in ginger and green onions; heat through and serve.
