Pork Chops with Dijon-Dill Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 pound thin pork loin chops
<br>- 1 teaspoon oil
<br>- 2 teaspoons HERB-OX® Chicken Flavored Bouillon Granules
<br>- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
<br>- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
<br>- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
<br>- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
<br>- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
<br>- 1/4 teaspoon sugar

<br>step 1: In skillet over medium heat, cook pork chops in oil 6 to 8 minutes, or until cooked through and pork reaches an internal temperature of 155 degrees F.  Remove pork to platter; season with bouillon, garlic salt and black pepper.  In small bowl, combine yogurt, mustard, dill weed, and sugar.  Serve sauce with pork chops.
