Potato Potluck Dish Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 2 pounds potatoes, diced
<br>- 2 teaspoons onion powder
<br>- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
<br>- 2 cups sour cream
<br>- 2 1/2 cups condensed cream of mushroom soup
<br>- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
<br>- 2/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

<br>step 1: Bring a large saucepan of salted water to a boil. Place potatoes in the saucepan and cook until tender but firm, about 15 minutes. Drain and cool.
<br>step 2: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
<br>step 3: In a large bowl, mix the potatoes, onion powder, minced garlic, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup and Cheddar cheese. Pour into the baking dish. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
