Potatoes and Chicken Santa Fe Recipe
- 7 medium red potatoes
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken breast, skinless, boneless
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Savory Market™ Rotisserie Roasted Chicken Flavor
- 1 1/2 cups salsa, prepared
- 1 (11 ounce) can corn
step 1: Cut potatoes into 3/4 inch cubes and microwave for 10 minutes until tender. While potatoes cook, in large skillet toss and brown chicken in oil over high heat. Add potatoes and Savory Market Rotisserie Roasted Chicken Flavor; saute and toss until potatoes are lightly browned. Add salsa and corn; toss until heated through and browned.
