Priceless Pecan Pie Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 (9 inch) deep dish pie crust
<br>- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
<br>- ⅓ cup white sugar
<br>- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
<br>- 1 cup chopped pecans
<br>- 3  eggs, beaten
<br>- ¼ cup white sugar
<br>- 1 cup light corn syrup
<br>- ½ cup evaporated milk
<br>- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 375  degrees F (190 degrees C).
<br>step 2: In a medium mixing bowl, blend together cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. When mixture is smooth, spread into bottom of pastry shell. Sprinkle cream cheese layer with chopped pecans.
<br>step 3: In another medium mixing bowl, combine eggs, 1/4 cup sugar, corn syrup, evaporated milk, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Whisk until mixture is smooth. Pour mixture over pecan layer.
<br>step 4: Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, until set in center.
