Pudding with Cornflakes Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 1/2 cups whole milk
- 4 1/2 cups cornflakes cereal
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup dark molasses
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons butter
Directions
step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
step 2: In a large bowl, combine milk, cereal, brown sugar, molasses and eggs. Mix until eggs are well incorporated. Pour into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Dot with butter.
step 3: Bake in preheated oven 40 minutes, until set.
