Pumpkin-Walnut Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- ¼ cup margarine
<br>- ¾ cup vegetable oil
<br>- 1 cup white sugar
<br>- 1  egg, beaten
<br>- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
<br>- 1 cup pumpkin puree
<br>- 3 cups all-purpose flour
<br>- 1 teaspoon baking powder
<br>- 1 teaspoon baking soda
<br>- ½ teaspoon salt
<br>- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
<br>- 1 cup walnuts

<br>step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 F (175 degrees C).
<br>step 2: Cream together the margarine, vegetable oil and sugar.
<br>step 3: Beat together the egg, vanilla and pumpkin.
<br>step 4: Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; combine with pumpkin mixture and stir in walnuts.
<br>step 5: Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Be careful not to overbake.
