Coconut Cream Pie III Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch single crust pie
<br>- ¾ cup white sugar
<br>- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
<br>- 2  eggs
<br>- 1 cup milk
<br>- 2 teaspoons butter
<br>- ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg
<br>- 1 cup flaked coconut
<br><p></p>Directions
<br>step 1: Mix together sugar, flour, and nutmeg.   Beat in eggs.  Add milk and butter or margarine, and stir.  Stir in coconut.  Pour filling into unbaked pie shell.
<br>step 2: Bake at 425 degrees F (220 degrees ) for 25 minutes.
