Quick and Easy Chocolate Chip Bars Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
<br>- ⅓ cup brown sugar
<br>- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
<br>- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
<br>- 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
<br>- 1  egg
<br>- 1 tablespoon water
<br>- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
<br>- ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips
<br>- ½ cup chopped walnuts

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x9 inch pan.
<br>step 2: In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, brown sugar and flour. Add the melted butter, corn syrup, egg, water and vanilla; mix until well blended. Stir in the chocolate chips and nuts. Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan.
