Raisin Nut Bread Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 2 cups all-purpose flour
<br>- ⅔ cup white sugar
<br>- 1 tablespoon baking powder
<br>- ½ teaspoon baking soda
<br>- ¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon
<br>- 1  egg, beaten
<br>- 1 cup applesauce
<br>- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
<br>- 1.3 cups chopped walnuts
<br>- 1 cup raisins

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
<br>step 2: In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. In a separate bowl, beat together egg, applesauce and butter. Stir applesauce mixture into flour mixture just until combined. Fold in walnuts and raisins; pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
<br>step 3: Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean. Allow to cool before slicing.
