Ranger Cookies II Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- ½ cup shortening
<br>- ½ cup white sugar
<br>- ½ cup packed brown sugar
<br>- 1  egg
<br>- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
<br>- 1 cup all-purpose flour
<br>- ½ teaspoon baking soda
<br>- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
<br>- ¼ teaspoon salt
<br>- 1 cup rolled oats
<br>- 1 cup whole wheat flake cereal
<br>- ½ cup flaked coconut
<br><p></p>Directions
<br>step 1: Cream shortening with sugars.  Beat in egg and vanilla.
<br>step 2: Mix together dry ingredients and stir into wet mix.  Place by heaping spoonfuls on an ungreased baking sheet.
<br>step 3: Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 10 minutes.  Remove immediately to cool.
