Red Wine Flavored Beef Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup red wine
- 1 cup water
- 4 pounds beef roast
- 1/2 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
Directions
step 1: Place the red wine, water, and beef roast in a slow cooker. Season with dry onion soup mix.
step 2: Cover, and cook 5 hours on Low.
