Rice Pudding II Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 cup water
<br>- 1 cup uncooked white rice
<br>- 2 cups white sugar
<br>- 4 eggs
<br>- 1 pinch salt
<br>- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
<br>- 1 cup raisins
<br>- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
<br>- 4 cups milk

<br>step 1: In a saucepan bring water to a boil. Add rice and stir. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
<br>step 2: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
<br>step 3: In a large bowl combine the cooked rice, sugar, eggs and salt.  Mix well.  Stir in flour, raisins and vanilla.  Stir in milk.  Pour into 9x13 inch baking dish.
<br>step 4: Bake in preheated oven 25 to 30 minutes, until lightly set.
