Rice Pudding IV Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 cup water
<br>- 1/2 cup uncooked white rice
<br>- 2 eggs
<br>- 2 1/2 cups milk
<br>- 1/4 cup brown sugar
<br>- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
<br>- 1/2 cup raisins

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
<br>step 2: In a saucepan bring water to a boil. Add rice and stir. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
<br>step 3: In a medium bowl, beat eggs.  Beat in milk, brown sugar and maple syrup.  Stir in raisins and 1 cup cooked rice.  Pour into 1 quart baking dish.
<br>step 4: Bake in preheated oven 1 hour, or until set.
