Roasted Sweet Red Pepper Spread Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 2 (12 ounce) jars roasted red peppers
<br>- 1 (16 ounce) can tomato paste
<br>- 1 tablespoon snipped fresh thyme
<br>- 1 tablespoon olive oil
<br>- 2 teaspoons sugar
<br>- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
<br>- 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
<br>- 1 teaspoon salt
<br>- 12 Keebler® Townhouse® Crackers

<br>step 1: Place drained peppers in a blender container or food processor bowl.  Cover; blend or process until finely chopped.  Add the tomato paste, thyme, olive oil, sugar, garlic salt, ground red pepper, and salt.  Cover; blend or process until nearly smooth.  Serve at once or cover and store in refrigerator up to 1 week.  Serve with Keebler(R) Town House(R) Crackers.
