Rocks Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 cup butter
<br>- 1 ½ cups packed brown sugar
<br>- 3  eggs
<br>- 3 cups all-purpose flour
<br>- 1 teaspoon baking soda
<br>- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
<br>- ¼ teaspoon ground allspice
<br>- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
<br>- 1 pinch ground nutmeg
<br>- 2 cups raisins
<br>- 1 ½ cups chopped walnuts

<br>step 1: In a large bowl, cream together butter or margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.  Add the eggs one at a time, and beat well after each addition.
<br>step 2: Sift and measure flour, and reserve two tablespoons.  Mix remaining flour with soda and spices; stir into the creamed mixture.
<br>step 3: Dredge raisins in the 2 reserved tablespoons of flour, then stir them into the batter along with the walnuts.
<br>step 4: Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheet.  Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove and cool cookies on a wire rack.
