Rubbed Down Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 2 tablespoons garlic powder

<br>- 4  pork chops
<br>- 4 tablespoons minced garlic
<br>- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
<br>- ½ cup water, divided
<br>- 1 medium onion, sliced
<br>- 2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced

<br>step 1: In a bowl, mix the garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Rub pork chops on both sides with the garlic powder mixture and the minced garlic.
