Rum Balls III Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 (16 ounce) package vanilla wafers, crushed very fine
<br>- 2 cups ground pecans
<br>- 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
<br>- 1 (12 ounce) package miniature semisweet chocolate chips
<br>- 1 cup corn syrup
<br>- ½ cup rum
<br>- confectioners' sugar for rolling
<br><p></p>Directions
<br>step 1: In a large bowl combine crushed vanilla wafers, ground pecans, cocoa and chocolate chips.  Stir in corn syrup and rum; mix well into a thick dough.
<br>step 2: Coat palms of hand with confectioners' sugar and roll dough into balls no larger than a quarter.  Place on a cookie sheet, foil or wax paper to dry.
<br>step 3: Let balls dry for 1 hour.  Roll in confectioners' sugar and seal in airtight containers.
