Rum Flavored Icing Recipe

Ingredients <br>- 1/3 cup butter <br>- 1/4 cup milk <br>- 2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar <br>- 1 teaspoon rum flavored extract <br>- 1 tablespoon hot water <br><p></p>Directions <br>step 1: Heat butter and milk over a low heat.
