Salsa Steak For One Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 (6 ounce) boneless beef top sirloin steak, cut 1 1/2 inches thick
<br>- seasoned salt to taste
<br>- 3 tablespoons water
<br>- 1 cup prepared salsa
<br>- 1 large potato, peeled and diced
<br>- 1 carrot, peeled and chopped
<br>- 1 small white onion, diced

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
<br>step 2: Sprinkle both sides of steak with seasoned salt. Place in a foil-lined baking dish with 3 tablespoons of water. Pour salsa over steak, and spread chopped vegetables all around pan. Cover, and seal with foil.
<br>step 3: Bake in the preheated oven for one hour, or to desired doneness. Serve immediately.
