Saucy Chops II Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 2 tablespoons butter
<br>- 6  boneless pork chops
<br>- 1 to taste salt and pepper to taste
<br>- 1  onion, thinly sliced
<br>- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
<br>- ¼ cup ketchup
<br>- 2 ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

<br>step 1: Over medium-high heat, melt butter in a large saucepan. Add pork chops and cook until browned on both sides. Season with salt and pepper. Top with onion slices.
<br>step 2: In a bowl, stir together soup, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Pour soup mixture over pork chops.
<br>step 3: Cover pan and simmer until meat is no longer pink inside and thermometer reads 145 degrees F (63 degrees C), about 40 to 60 minutes.
