Sauerkraut Relish Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 (20 ounce) can sauerkraut, drained
<br>- 1/2 cup chopped green bell peppers
<br>- 1/2 cup chopped red bell peppers
<br>- 1/2 cup chopped celery
<br>- 1 small onion, chopped
<br>- 3/4 cup white vinegar
<br>- 1 cup white sugar

<br>step 1: In a medium bowl, mix together the sauerkraut, green peppers, red peppers, celery, onion, vinegar and sugar.  Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight before serving.
