Sausage Balls II Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 ½ cups biscuit mix
<br>- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
<br>- 1 pound fresh, ground pork sausage

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
<br>step 2: In a large bowl, mix together biscuit mix, Cheddar cheese, and sausage. Roll mixture into walnut-size balls and arrange on an ungreased cookie sheet.
<br>step 3: Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 5 to 15 minutes, or until completely cooked and browned. Place on paper towels to drain and cool.
