Sausage Casserole I Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 pound pork sausage
<br>- 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, undrained
<br>- 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
<br>- 5  potatoes, peeled and sliced
<br>- 1  onion, sliced into thin rings
<br><p></p>Directions
<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 2 quart baking dish.
<br>step 2: Arrange potatoes in the bottom of the prepared dish, and top with onion rings.  Spread corn and then tomatoes over onions.  Arrange sausage over top.  Cover.
<br>step 3: Cook for approximately 1 hour, or until potatoes are tender.
