Scalloped Corn III Recipe
- 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 75 buttery round crackers, crushed fine
- ½ cup chopped green onions
step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly butter casserole dish and set aside.
step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole corn, creamed corn, eggs, milk, crackers and green onion; mix well.
step 3: Pour mixture into prepared casserole dish.
step 4: Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 50 minutes.
