Seafood Newburg Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1/4 cup butter
<br>- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
<br>- 1/2 teaspoon salt
<br>- 1 1/2 cups milk
<br>- 1/4 cup dry sherry
<br>- 1 pinch paprika
<br>- 3 tablespoons ketchup
<br>- 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
<br>- 2 (6 ounce) cans small shrimp, drained

<br>step 1: Combine butter, flour and salt in a saucepan. Cook for two minutes. Slowly pour in milk and bring mixture to a boil.
<br>step 2: Stir sherry into the mixture (to taste), paprika, catsup and Worcestershire sauce. Place seafood in the saucepan and heat thoroughly. Serve hot.
