Shrimp And Onion Stew Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1/4 cup vegetable oil

<br>- 4 cloves garlic, minced
<br>- 1 pound medium shrimp - peeled and deveined
<br>- 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
<br>- 1/2 teaspoon salt
<br>- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
<br>- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
<br>- 1/3 cup water

<br>step 1: In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.  Add onions; cook and stir until soft.  Stir in garlic, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes
